This calendar was one of my favorite

projects. It was commissioned by Marc

Berkley, the co-founder (with Matthew

Bank) of H/X Magazine. Designed for

the new millenium, the calendar was an

insert in the magazine.

I have fond memories of "The Months of

the Year," a production number on The

Sonny and Chér Comedy Hour, starring

Joe Namath and the Playboy Playmates,

as well as "His Love Makes Me Beautiful,"

from Funny Girl, with Barbra Streisand

surrounded by Ziegfeld Girls attired in

wedding dresses inspired by the seasons.

I always thought there should be a male

version of this concept, and the calendar

gave me a chance to do it!
